Tuxy Flooring, LLC is a small, family-owned business that specializes in hard-surface floor installation. We are fully licensed, insured, and LEAD Safe certified, and our work is covered by a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
We respect and care for our customers, and believe that they deserve the best. Getting a new floor is a big investment and a big change. It can completely transform the look of a room and have a big effect of the value of a home or place of business. We know our customers put a lot of thought into creating just the right ambience for their space, and we want to make their vision become reality by giving them a finished product that stands out and makes them proud of their investment.
We take our expertise and experience from 15+ years of working in the industry and use it to give our customers the best possible experience throughout the sales and installation process, and a final product that they can enjoy for years to come.
We offer free in-home estimates, but do not burden customers with high-pressure sales tactics. We want our clients to choose our company because they feel comfortable and confident that we can meet their needs. We can bring a targeted selection of samples to a customer's home based on their description of what they're looking for, or, if the customer is unsure, we can bring a wider spectrum of samples so they can view the variety of products available. This enables the customer to see the products in their intended installation space and compare them with furniture, lighting and walls to see what fits best. At the same time, our salespeople can explain the benefits and drawbacks of each product.
Alternately, the customer may choose to purchase their own materials. We're happy to provide a list of materials needed for the installation and will still offer our lowest possible rate for installation.
We have a great crew of professional, hardworking installers who have the experience to assess each individual job and apply techniques that will yield the best results, and who are skilled to handle any challenges that may arise during installation.
